April 18th and 19th 2009

Honored by Sheriff Bunny Welsh to be invited to attend the seminar entitled Principle Based Leadership- The Importance of Ethics. The class was attended by men and women who exemplify positive character with the ability to teach these concepts to others.

4/19- Dr. Lockamy and Mr. Morris attended the 9th Annual Law Enforcement/Homeland Security Worship and Memorial Service which was held at Hephzibah Baptist Church, East Fallowfield, PA

Dr. Lockamy and Mr. Morris received plaques of leadership which were inscribed "Godly Leadership-Makes a Difference"
